GENERAL TERMS:
All announcements made on the day of the auction from the auction block take precedent over printed or electronically produced media.
Payment, Pickup & Shipping Terms:
Payment Info: Winning bidders must contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 of the close of the auction to arrange payment and pickup. Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, credit card (4% convenience fee added to the total invoice price) or personal/business check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee addressed to Butler Auctioneers LLC for checks over $5,000 if the buyer is not known by the auction company. All fees incurred by wired transfers will be paid by the purchaser. All payments must be paid in full within 4 business days of the end of the auction.
Pickup: All Items must be removed no later than the advertised pickup date per auction, unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company. Items cannot be removed until full purchase price has been paid. All items left overnight will be full responsibility of the buyers.
TITLE TRANSFERS: All titles must be transferred before taking possession of items unless out of state. Contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time to transfer titled vehicles. Vehicles must have insurance before being driven from the location. Titles will be mailed to out-of-state buyers.
SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the sale price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to the Auctioneer.
Credit Card Terms:
We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover. An additional 4% convenience fee for credit card payment will be added to the invoice. All credit card sales are final, no refunds on credit card payments. A maximum amount of $2,500 will be accepted as payment on a credit card.
All items not removed by the last pickup day, will be charged a $20 per item, per day fee without prior arrangements being made with the auction company.
All property is sold in "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! The bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges or adjustments will be allowed. Property is available for inspection at specified times, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition. Bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund or adjustment.

The Auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantees of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, provenance, source, condition, suitability for a particular purpose, etc. The auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description in the auction as may be necessary.
Agency: Butler Auctioneers, LLC Agents and Representatives are agents of the Seller. Buyer and or Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Butler Auctioneers, LLC and its Agents and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages, or suits including but not limited to awards, judgments, costs, fees, etc.
Butler Auctioneers, LLC, reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you agree to the terms as they are written at that time.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions the bidder is allowing Butler Auctioneers LLC to send them reminder emails and text with auction information. There is an opt out option in the emails and text if the bidder does not want to receive the reminders.
BIDDER DEFAULT: Failure to complete a purchase is illegal and will result in one or more of the following (1) prosecution (2) loss of bidding privileges with Butler Auctioneers, LLC. $50 returned check fee.
